Names to steer clear of, to reiterate there are no claims or money to be paid from court cases regarding these now defunct companies:
- Club Class
- Leisure Alliance
- Designer Way Vacation Club (DWVC)
- Timelinx
- Blue Chip
- Excalibur
- Half Moon Holdings
- Marina Leisure
- Eze Group
- Monster Group
- Jive Hippo
This is by no means a comprehensive list but it makes the point, there is no money to be had via court cases because the court cases never took place and never will.
If you receive a call from Natalie Gomez on +34 911 436873 or Steven Ward on 0203 290 2296 offering riches beyond avarice, beware. No doubt like the fictitious names of the scam companies, the above names are likely to change faster than you can say boo to a goose but watch out for the numbers, they are unlikely to change.
No matter what name these fraudsters use you may replace with SCAM BANK or FRAUD BANK. If you are in any doubt as to the legitimacy of any company who cold calls you, which in itself is a bad sign, get in contact with us.
