The TCA have received complaints regarding a company calling themselves Warwickshire Consultants.

The cold call telesales operatives claim to be working alongside a legal registered company called RSB Legal who are “helping” timeshare owners claim compensation from their timeshare resort.

Warwickshire Consultants website, www.warwickshireconsultants.co.uk, has no address details on it, which is a requirement by law, no terms & conditions, no privacy policy, which is worrying enough in itself, but it also has broken links and only two pages of content.

One would not believe that this is the way a professional company would want to represent itself.  The website itself is built in Word Press and with only two pages, it is something that could easily be done within 5 minutes.  The website itself was registered to a “Joanne Brown” just last month in April 2016!

It also just goes to show how consumer’s can be easily fooled and how lazy these companies can be in the way they set up their websites that they think no one will actually read the content.

Out of the 7 comments / reviews posted on the homepage have a look at the 6 below;. They refer to being “in school”, “cheap goods” and many random letters, nothing of any real validity;

Thanks for this article. I’d also like to express that it can often be hard if you are in school and simply starting out to initiate a long credit standing. There are many students who are just trying to endure and have an extended or favourable credit history are often a difficult matter to have. gfdebegbdfge

Very well written article. It will be helpful to anyone who usess it, as well as yours truly gakddcdbccgg.

The TCA has been told that when the cold call recipient asks where they obtained their data from, they are told the resort gave it to them.  Why would the resort give their data to a company who wants to make a law suit against them?

If you receive a call from Warwickshire Consultants from a Birmingham number, 0121 6676 540, or receive an email from info@warwickshireconsultants.co.uk, we would advise that you do not disclose any personal or ownership details to them or engage with any service they may offer.

For more information regarding this article or assistance in any other timeshare related issues please contact the TCA on 01908 881058 or email: info@TimeshareConsumerAssociation.org.uk
