Thai arrest warrants are now being issued against 2 executive thieves who have been found guilty of swindling tens of thousands of people in an investment racket associated with timeshare.

These two executives are part of a band of five who faced the criminal courts in Thailand on multiple charges of fraud in the early 90’s.

The case was brought against Blissher Inter Group for crimes of fraud against consumers. They were accused of goading people into a time sharing vacation business, with the proposal of free accommodation at leading hotels and resorts for four weeks each year over a 20 year period.

The company offered around £100 as commission for every new member that they managed to recruit. They ended up recruiting a whopping 24,189 people into the scheme.

This case goes back to 1994 when Blissher Ltd was running a pyramid scheme promising investors huge returns on their investments. Before they were stopped by authorities, Some 24,189 people, many of them poor, were ultimately robbed of (£17,962,035.18).

The Thai justice system seems to be as fierce as ever with them handling a 120,945 years prison sentence to the 3 executives found guilty. That’s the collective sentence for three men, convicted in 2008 at five years for each person they defrauded. Unfortunately, Thai law only allows a maximum punishment of 20 years imprisonment for this type of crime but even so, former Blissher Inter Group, Ltd executives Angsunee Pattananithi, Saengthong Sae-Kim and Unnop Kunsawate can’t have been very happy that their appeal was denied and they’re doomed to live inside a Thai slammer for quite some time.

Unnop has accepted his punishment and has faced the Court leaving the Angsunee and Saengthong who have decided to defy the Courts and not show up for the final verdict of their appeal.

The final ruling has been rescheduled for November 23rd 2015 and justice will be served (If they show up that is).
