As you may recall, in October we published an article regarding the above company, and the 2 timeshare thieves who were unbelievably appealing their sentences handed down to the by the Supreme Court.  (Read HERE)

Today we can report that justice has finally been served.

The Supreme Court has rejected the final appeal by two executives of the Blissher holidays.  Meaning the previous sentencing of total of 120,945 years in prison, stands.
The Court refused to hear the appeal after the two parties attempted to appeal utilising information that was previously rejected by the Court in the initial case.

The Criminal Court convicted them of multiple fraud charges and handed down prison sentences totaling 120,945 years in the 24,189 cases to Angsunee, Sangthong and Annop. Unnop decided to serve the punishment.

The case was brought against Blissher Inter Group and its executives — managing director’s Angsunee, Parachawan Benjamasmongkol, Saengthong and Unnop Kunsawate

The remaining two criminals failed to show at the appeal hearing and as such, warrants have been issued for their arrests.

This case goes back over a decade and totals 826.27 million baht. It started in 1994 when Blissher Ltd was running a pyramid scheme promising investors huge returns on their investments. Before they were stopped by authorities, Some 24,189 people, many of them poor, were ultimately robbed of (£17,962,035.18).l.

The five were accused of gulling people into investing in a “time sharing” vacation business, with the promise of free accommodation at leading hotels and resorts for four days each year throughout a 20-year.

As the Directors did not turn up for the outcome of the Appeal, we now wait to see if they will be caught.
