I resign my membership in the club forthwith.
In doing so, I reserve at all material times my right to action a claim for damages and/or compensation – by way of any forum I deem appropriate and/or against you, the seller, or any other person named or unidentified at present.
Further I reserve my right the seek damages as a result of any misrepresentations, breaches of contract, tortuous interferences and/or frustration. To avoid any doubt-this resignation does not intend to negate or affect any rights I currently enjoy.
My resignation is as a result of the following, is irrevocable and final.
I reserve at all material times the right to show this termination notice to a court if and when appropriate to do so.
Issues
On the 9th of June 2013, the RDO stated to the Sunday post “programmes are in place to allow members over 70 to exit their timeshare” appendix 1
Afurther statement was also repeated in the Houses of Parliament by the MP Fiona O’Donnell . “The RDO promised that most of its members allowed owners who were over 70” appendix 2
This being stated, I opt to terminate my membership in accordance with that industry representations. To avoid doubt-it is irrelevant whether (you) the resort are a member of the RDO or not.
As the RDO is the only organisation who represents the timeshare industry and they deem it just and reasonable to grant exits to people over the age of 70, I am entitled to rely upon them and as an expert.
I therefore resignation from the club, its benefits and obligations.

That being the case, I hereby relinquish my membership forthwith.
Note:-
In the event you challenge this notice, you are required to fully particularise your issues and apply them against the “unfair terms legislation and “The Timeshare, Holiday Products, Resale and Exchange Contracts Regulations 2010”. To avoid doubt I reserve-at all times-other issues I have with regards my ownership of the timeshare, as this time I believe it is presently reasonable to do so.
I reserve at all material times the right to show this to a court if and when the issue of costs and pre action disclosure is discussed.
