This cold calling factory has come under the watchful eyes of the Information Commissioners Office who is responsible for the Data Protection Act.
This cold calling company harvested a staggering 90million telephone numbers so as to ply the hard sell services. This buffoon has gone bust over 17 times and was banned from being a Director as a result of unpaid taxes.
Those 17 companies were dissolved collectively owning in excess of 3.4 million to its creditors. Note worthy, the first of these law suits against Mr Church was brought by Ms Diamond and her then TV executive Mark Hollingworth.
