Back in June 2020 we reported on the above scam company. Well it’s all over for their fraudulent activities. The company website has now been taken down, unfortunately not before they probably scammed quite a few victims. The company is still registered at Companies House but no doubt this will be closed soon. The sole Director Scott James Deakin was last reported to have been arrested in Indonesia for failing to pay a hotel bill. Evidence from Go Daddy below confirming the website has gone:

It ‘s good to see that with the combined efforts of TCA, Inside Timeshare and the Daily Mail this company will scam no more.  After the efforts of the above entities the site suddenly removed all reference to timeshare and focussed on mis sold solar panels, this too was a scam and now the site is no more.

A note of caution

Before we celebrate too quickly, if past form is anything to go by it’s conceivable that the people behind this fraud will pop up again under another name and possible product to scam further victims. Much like Inside Timeshare we believe that Scott Deakin was just a front man and bearing in mind he is likely to receive a custodial sentence in Bali Indonesia We suspect his name will not appear in future. But as usual the message is to do your research thoroughly before engaging the services of any company offering either exit or claims assistance if you have a timeshare related problem.
