News in, is that the Mc Donald resort has confirmed the results as follows

For the motion to 1,290

Against the motion  120

Between 9-10 %

Our advice is the same, in that the vote and the purpose is unlawful and as such we would advise you, do nothing until you have received independent advice.

The Resort army will now be out to ensure pressure is levied on fixed week owners so consumers don’t get independent therefore our advice is maintain your position and keep what is lawfully yours.

Equally paid exits will apply as a claim for repudiatory Breach of Contract with damages as the remedy.

The result is not a shock as we all in or heat of hearts knew what would happen.
