This year has been hard for TATOC members, Anfi Sales SL, but it does not seem to be slowing down, rather the reverse, it seems that Anfi Sales will still suffer a lot of bad luck in the coming months or years.  This month alone, September 2016, has seen Anfi lose three cases with regards to their floating week timeshare properties.  The third having been heard in the courts of Las Palmas, Gran Canaria.  This totals a whopping 130,000€, claimed back by Anfi Sales timeshare owners, solely in the month of September.

We reported on the first two wins on the 2nd September and 8th September 2016, and just one week later, we can say that another couple have been successful in recuperating 52,744€ as well as legal fees and taxes.  They had bought floating weeks from Anfi which have been proven illegal on various levels by the Supreme Court in Madrid.  The precedence has been set, and we are sure there will be many more cases.

If you have purchased floating weeks from a timeshare resort in the past, this could be you.  There are certain aspects with regards to the legalities of each individual contract, to the extent that the contracts may have been changed on a regular basis.  Therefore, each contract has to be checked by a legal representative before moving forward with a claim.  However, if your contract does include floating weeks and you would like someone to verify if you have a claim or not, contact us on the email address below, or call us on 02035 193 808 and if we are not able to verify this for you, we will be able to point you in the right direction as to a body that will be able to help.
