What a couple of months for Anfi, after reporting yesterday with regards to their President, Cazorla, to abandon ship after all of the mis-haps that have occurred over the last years, we can again report that there has been another law suit won by another Anfi client that purchased their contract in perpetuity.

It just seems that Anfi are not able to shake off this bad reputation, along with the legal battles against them from existing resort clients there are the bigger fish such as Tauro Beach and Tauro Project.  This time Anfi have been taken for over 66,000€.  The clients had their representatives fight the case in the High Court No2 of Las Palmas, Gran Canaria on July 13th 2016, and was ruled in favour of the clients.  These clients had bought in perpetuity and with floating weeks, so the contract was declared null and void very rapidly, this follows on from all of the previous cases that have been won this year against Anfi.

These clients are definitely walking away happy, they are to gain around double of what they originally paid out to Anfi, including all of their expenses paid and taxes.  Anfi, however, are taking blow after blow, we cannot predict what the future holds for Anfi Sales SL at the moment, but business seems to look bleaker every day.

The question we all have on our lips, is who is to pay for these pay-outs?  Are the present owners going to be affected with forever rising maintenance bills to secure that Anfi are able to stay afloat with all of the negative press and bills that they have mounting.  We here at the TCA would love to hear from any current Anfi owners whom may be experiencing issues with their maintenance increasing at an unforeseen rate.  We would also love to hear from you if you think that your original purchase was bought in perpetuity with floating weeks, as you too may be legible to recover some monies from the purchase.  Please contact us on our telephone number or email address below to find out where to turn for the best advice.
