Dear Sirs,

Re:  Fixed Week Occupancy of [unit] at [resort] between [date from] and [date to]; Week[s][no]

Please accept this as confirmation that [I/we]shall be occupying the unit (above) between the dates stated as per the pre-existing contractual agreement between us and in acknowledgment that the Maintenance Fee for this occupancy was paid prior to [my/our]receiving details of, and the vote at the Special General Meeting concerning the proposed restructuring.

You will explicitly note that [my/our] occupancy of the unit at this time does not in any way constitute [my/our]acceptance any of the proposed changes to the Constitution of the Club, which [I/we] unequivocally refute.

You will further note that [I/we] consider that a conflict exists between [myself/ourselves] and the Club/MRL brought about by your unilateral desire to breach the contract that exists between us, and [I/we] wish you to be clear that [my/our] occupancy of the unit at this time does not and will not preclude [me/us] taking action, either at this time or in the future, to secure [my/our] rights under the pre-existing contract that exists between us, or to seek damages at law.

In the event of this conditional occupancy being unacceptable to yourselves, you will refund the monies paid in respect of the Maintenance Fee for this period within seven days from the date of this letter, or [I/we] shall presume your acceptance of the conditions contained herein.
