The TCA request that all MacDonalds consumers now take note.
We are being called in to see counsel next week on behalf of the temporary committee. The purpose is to address pleadings and parties. Therefore as a matter of urgency the temporary committee require the names, addresses and contact details of all the committee members of the following clubs:
Leila Playa
Dona Lola
Dalfaber
Forest Hills
Plas Talgarth
Elmers Court
This is urgent, as pleadings and parties require settling shortly.
We further require names addresses and contact details of all other members of Resorts, which have not yet proposed/voted for these changes, but have an intent to do so. i.e Villacana
The purpose of the latter is to obtain assurances from those committees that they will cease and desist from voting any further resolutions affecting members interests at other resorts.
A full, temporary committee is in place and a finance application is now being supported by 39 Essex Street Chambers. London.
Please take note, we have been asked not to publish any further advices on the matter of McDonald’s resorts, pending litigation with the committee members and others.
We have, on a temporary basis, been engaged to educate and inform consumers of the group and will oblige, seek and assist others who have a need or wish to join this action group..
As of yet there are 3 distinct groups, however Counsel envisages that this could raise to 6 individual groups within the same triable group issue.
