As you are aware we have been receiving e-mails to legal@timeshareconsumerassociationorg.uk asking that the information pack be sent to them. We have dispatched a considerable amount of those packages and Athena Law are receiving many returns daily. I am asked to inform all potential litigants who wish to join, that they do so by sending the information to Athena Law by the end of this month.
At that stage they will engage with MRL and notify them of the people who have joined and at that point, Athena Law will be acting for these claimants.
At the end of the month all reporting from the TCA will cease and the matter will have become a legal claim and all information releases will via the created website now under construction.
Any and all litigants who have joined will be sent (when appropriate) login numbers and temporary passwords so that the consumer can view the correspondence and events and as they happen.
All passwords can be changed to facilitate the individual’s needs. All late requests will be within the jurisdiction of the Athena Law website moderator as the TCA hand over to them
