One of the problems facing TCA is that when we successfully expose a scam operation, those concerned simply disappear and by metamorphosis turn into another company, this is exactly the case with Torcaz Abogados. Since our articles published on this site:

It seems that our investigation may have impeded the efforts of Torcaz Abogados in their quest to scam victims for thousands of pounds, so what better fix than to become Paloma Abogados. The totally stupid and ridiculous actions behind this move beggars’ belief. Firstly the website of Paloma is almost a clone of Torcaz, take a look at https://paloma-abogados.com/then open https://torcaz-abogados.com/in a separate window and switch between the two. Surprise surprise, they are pretty much identical. They even use the same dove in the logo, incidentally Paloma in Spanish means dove. The company registration is number different but nevertheless it is still a fake number.

A Split Personality…Possibly?

In our previous articles we established the identity of the lead photograph on the Torcaz site as being a well respected American Federal Judge whose name is Judge Dana Makoto Sabraw, of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. So according to Torcaz his name is Fernando Olawza Garcia who by smoke and mirrors has become Fernando Nialgan Torkas, either way he is neither a Garcia or a Torkas because neither of those names exist in Spain in the field of legal services. In fact none of the names on either site can be found when searching the Spanish Bar or various memberships of Colegios of Abogados (Abogado being lawyer in Spanish). Now we don’t wish to bore you but whilst the photographs used on both sites are the same, all the names have been changed.

For an established law firm it is rather odd that the company website was only registered on 12thJune 2020 this would sort of contradict the statement on their site which we quote:

“With an extensive knowledge of Spanish Law spanning over 26 years ,our lawyers at Paloma Abogados are aware etc etc”

So a 26 year old practice with a website less than a month old! They are obviously not quite as experienced as Torcaz because the mirror page on their site states 28 years. Paloma are still using the non domain linked email address being @consutant.com which is exactly the same as Torcaz.

Danger Areas

No doubt Paloma will operate under the same modus operandi as Torcaz. If you should involve yourself you may expect fake Spanish court documents stating you have been awarded vast sums. To the untrained eye these documents look real, show them to a real Abogado and when you have finished picking them up from the floor after an extensive laughing fit they will declare the documents fraudulent.

Another scam used by these firms will be the ripped envelope that you receive enclosing your settlement cheque, except the cheque is not there as it has been stolen by some Eastern European or Moroccan gang and of course they cannot issue another one until the police have investigated. Funny really because the cheque would have a payee so it would be difficult to do anything with, surely a simple cancel and reissue would be in order, apparently not. The international IBAN code is also fake so it is not in any way a real cheque at all! Below is an example of one of their fake cheques.

Despite all the elaborate lengths gone to by these fraudsters it is patently obvious that at the end of the day any approach from either company needs to be rejected. As we have continually stated, there is no pot of gold in any Spanish, Greek or Timbuktu court, please don’t fall for the web of lies companies like this spin.

On a lighter note

It is refreshing to see that Urena Alfedan Dordasa, Torcaz Legal Secretary has got a job with Paloma Abogados, no wait a minute, although the photo is the same she has become Milara Bernai Oltinarol. Anyway, no doubt she will still be able to make an income when Paloma is shut down selling computers on Amazon!

Finally

Most of us know that a dove is a member of the pigeon family and we all know what pigeons are famous for, please do not get involved with this outfit or you will undoubtedly be pooped on from a great height!
