Two California women, Kyle Miles and Jasmine Miles, are suing a travel company alleging their adverts were negligently mis-representational in regards to their timeshare contracts.

The two Californians filed the class action lawsuit against Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited Inc, on the 28th June, individually and on behalf of others alleging the same grievance.

According to the complaints, Kyle Miles and Jasmine Miles incurred financial losses as the result of being misled and missold when being persuaded to enter into a timeshare contract with Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited.

The plaintiffs report that the defendant made several false representations regarding a timeshare contract, including what the total cost of the contract would end up being, as well as promising a buy-back scheme to the consumers who purchased the contract with Bluegreen if they were unhappy with it.  As the two plaintiffs have launched a class action, this shows they were not alone in the lies they were told, but instead this was a sales pitch used time and time again.

Kyle and Jasmine Miles have requested a trial by jury, compensation as well as enhanced damages, legal fees and any financial penalty against Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited the courts see fit.
