cbc_brochureEnglish canals constructed by navvies to transport ore coal and goods around Briten were preserved as they can be and are great place to explore sight see and adventure. They  are unique, and owning own is out of the reach of most that said what about becoming a member of the “Canalboat Club” If a club operates correctly and consumers receive a benefit each and every year then holiday clubs would thrive.

There is a lot of bad associated with Holiday Clubs but every now and then you find a gem!

The holiday club reported on is an exclusive club of owners operated by a respected company offering just and fair terms including exits. The problem is-having all these right, having the freedoms you get “the owners don’t want to leave” they can see the problem with time sharing.

Why can’t they see the problem is simple? It does not exist the problem is mis-selling over pricing locking in caging consumers and treating them as debtors as opposed to consumers. Secrecy, fake helpers and copious amounts of spin spurred out whereby truth is drowned in a mucky puddle.

The company publishes its prices its maintenance fees its products and assists consumers why?

Because “it’s good business to do so”.

The list is staring to grow as to the companies who in respect to the TCA have NO

Yes NO complaints

Canal Boat club is another and probably mirrors the ethical trading of DaE (Dial and Exchange).

“We have a few weeks that have been given back to us from members who have enjoyed their Narrowboat holidays for the last few years, but now want to pass it to other members who can have the fun and share the memories that they have had”.

“There has been a lot of interest in these weeks, so they will be given out on a strictly first come first served basis. We have both 4 and 6 berth red weeks available from just £599”.

May be out of the ashes of the past new life could be pumped into timeshare in the UK and Europe.

“The annual management fee covers items such as moorings, licenses, insurance, cleaning, reservation and administration services, boat maintenance, tuition at the start of each holiday and a 24hr help line.

Your ownership is for life (*), so it can work out as a very cost effective holiday, but if at any time you find you’ve had enough of narrowboating, and have paid the current years management fees, just transfer it back to us with a small fee (currently £150), and we’ll take it back again & let some new enthusiasts have a go with their dream holiday”.

Canalboat Club has appointed Hutchinson & Co as the trustee to protect your legal rights of occupation as they hold ownership of the boats on behalf of the members.

Please take note Hutchinson’s does not trade out of Monmouth St London!
