The company has plans rolling out in the form of new Marriott Vacation Club resort in far flung locations and in this resort have location eight dedicated floors into 88 timeshare vacation apartment villas in a combination of studio and one bedroom floor plans.
Guests (they claim) will enjoy lush accommodations with outdoor balconies, scenic views of the Pacific Ocean and stunning hinterland views of the Nerang River and mountains. The resort offers a paradise within a paradise featuring sparkling lagoons, white sandy beaches, cascading waterfalls, quiet pool zones and unique aquatic experiences.
Marriot do charge high ingoing fees in comparison to others however the brand is strong , is resilient and resalable in contrast to others. As the name of timeshare gets dragged through the murky world Marriot stands out a a good product and will be around when the bay chaps have fled.
