The Resort closed 7days ago and yet the TCA are still receiving calls from Consumers who have no idea what their options are with regard to their timeshare investments.

When MRP confirmed that they were closing, most of the calls received by the TCA were from people who had fond memories of the resort and even fonder ones of the staff. Almost every person has told me how polite and helpful they were. Even on the final days, the staff remained professional and even comforted the guests.

So what has happened? How has such a well thought of resort supposedly turned its back on the people that they classed as “friends not guests”.

The one thing I keep being told is how badly managed the closure was. Consumers suggest that they spent weeks attempting to speak to the management and sort out their timeshares before it was too late but they were ignored.  Many have become frustrated and disappointed.

Unfortunately the closure seems to have brought on more of the same and it is now seemingly impossible to get any updates or direction.

If anyone has established a contact or a line of correspondence with MRP since the closure, please get in touch so as to ensure that each and every victim of this closure can act in the best possible way, in order to protect themselves and their investments.

In the meantime, if you want to exit, now is the time!
