The TCA has been making headway in conjunction with TESS timeshare exit and support services Ltd in respect to Dyserth Falls. It is now being reported that after interventions by the TCA, disgruntled timeshare owners who are saddened by the antics of the resort, are now gaining full relinquishments of their membership to the club which permanently brings finality to the issue of on-going maintenance fees whilst retaining the possibility of holding the resort to account for compensation claims.
Consumers will recall the TCA in conjunction with TESS, reporting many times that the Dyserth Falls saga is one that Consumers should take action on so as to preserve their timeshare and/or relinquish it.
At present we are seeking Counsels assistance on many issues and will be issuing a “Letter before Action” to the various parties and on behalf of the Consumers that we assist.
Last week we spoke to a lady with a very interesting story and she has now confirmed that she has dumped her timeshare membership and that the resort have capitulated and have released her permanently from any form of obligations.
Consumers ought to know that the resort is ignoring the many telephone calls, however, they are replying in writing to parties who place significant pressure on them.
The TCA maintains its original advice to all Consumers. Do not discharge any purported maintenance fees until such time as cogent and meaningful advice has been taken.
The TCA’s list of Consumers at Dyserth Falls is increasing and we will shortly be appointing a point of contact so that the many Consumers can exit and seek restitution for this obvious debacle.
