Many in this industry attempt to admonish others as they have not been in the timeshare industry. In levelling this proposition they appear bankrupt of logic.
Just because a legal person has never been a dress maker, this does not in any way coral them from suing a dress maker for a bad product.
Timeshare is littered with dodgy salesman, pedalling dodgy products, for unreasonable amounts of money. The ones who pursue them do not have to be the same type of people, hold the same qualification and/or cuddle the same morals. The proffering of the suggestion is at best buffoonery.
If you wish to challenge another about the product peddled, you need legal advice from a person who has good grounding on the issues which you seek to address.
Many shadowy and puffed up salesmen believe that they are best placed to represent consumers, as they boast that they have been in the timeshare industry for many years. These people are deluded and consumers should avoid them at all cost, as they do not process any legal skills at all.
They have basically sold a dream (in the past) and when they become aware that the products they peddled were indeed flawed, seek to dip your pockets again and sell you a legal dream.
It akin to the “Monty Python” sketch were the shop salesman sold a dead “Norwegian Blue Parrot” only to emerge after many sales in a “new guise of salvation” and as the cremator of loved animals.
It’s barking mad.
To walk the adventure of a legal dream you need to have a team who will achieve and deliver your wants and expectations in respect to point systems, your legal team needs to know what you bought and why it bedevils you.
Don’t fall into the trap; don’t be sold a legal dream by a smooth talking salesman. Don’t go to a Plummer to buy a hen.
