This has to be one of the most bogus and reckless resorts that has ever come out of North Wales. It was historically headed by a thief. There is no point in me pulling punches as Arthur Goddard was eagerly dispatched to jail for crimes against Consumers. He was band from being a Director yet is linked to the recent activities at the resort which imparted onerous contracts on nearly 900 Consumers. Those Consumers have now lost their money and it is reported that the seller has flitted to warmer climates.
At present the TCA is working with Professor Richard who is no fool and who does not take matters of this gravity lightly.
Professor Parish persuaded others to carry out police investigations and has single handily brought the matter to the attention of the Houses of Parliament who now, with a beady eye are looking into the situation. With our assistance it appears that a linkage can be made in respect to two other resorts and a seller of timeshare products. This small group could also have linkage with a trust and as such, if the I’s are dotted and the T’s crossed, there is a good chance Consumers could recover the money they have lost. As such, the TCA will continue in its quest and its investigation consistently and quietly. Our adventure is uncovering a lot of facts and by working with others we hope that a dossier will be completed and then used so that justice can be gained.
We will shortly be presenting a historic analogue of a particular Consumer who bought at Dyserth Falls which does reveal the underlining mechanisms.
