Consumers are now reacting to the TCA invitation to seek redress for the many, many misdemeanours at the above resort and the sales teams/companies who actively mis-sold the timeshare contracts.

In light of the closure of the resorts and the activities perpetrated there, the consumers will be taking action and will be holding people/companies accountable for their outrageous actions.

Consumers have rights and those rights will be established, so as to put out a signal to others operators in the timeshare industry that enough is enough.

The change is well past it’s sell by date.

The resort is owned by the Goodard family and history tells us that the Author Godard is a crook. He has been the subject to criminal investigations, been charged, tried and convicted. That being so, other criminal investigations are afoot and shortly he will be tried again.

Those criminal investigations and possible forward trials will address his persistent criminal acts however, consumers want their money back, they want redress and damages for the habitual mis-selling and the wilful and reckless behaviour perpetrated for one reason and one reason only-profit-.

The TCA has no gripe with people who wish to make a profit, but the systematic manufacturing of recycled products and rouge products, which offer less than what is traded in, is blatantly wrong. The resorts fractional ownership system is designed by the industry to suggest that you own a part of a property where as in the case of Dyserth Falls you own “a part share” in a lease which is worthless, as the company which holds that lease is valued at £2.00. Just £2.00.

A group of consumers will meet on the 25th of April and any and all Dyserth Falls consumers past and present are invited to take part.

You can obtain an invitation and itinerary from Malcolm Pitt, who is leading the charge and on behalf of his fellow consumers.

The advice meeting will be attended by a variety of leading experts in their field and will give good grounding to the issues and plans required to recovery all the monies owed to consumers.

Each expert is a partner in city firms and they sincerely hope that consumers participate as some have had advance briefing and hold the belief that the prospects of success and good.

The main issue to establish is the fastest route to obtaining compensation. That is the primary focus of the meeting and the TCA will support any and all member of this group.

With the knowledge gained, each consumer can recover alone or join together and support each other.

Due to the time constraints this group will be closed once the meeting is underway. The purpose is to ensure that the action is not delayed and in pursuit of a quick resolution.
