On average these selected resorts (on average) charge 587% higher than the Her Majesty’s Land Registered charges “If the land register transfer title on a house valued at £100,000 now is that reasonable? Is that compliant to a fair and reasonable charge structure or have these charges resulted from a closed shop an unregulated charging mechanism.
Have any purported consumers association ever reported the excessive charging of literally 1,000 upon thousands of timeshare consumers.
It does not matter whether you have sold in the past, are selling now and choose to do so in the future, the undisputable fact is that these charges are excessive and the work done in effecting the timeshare transfer is tiny.
The lack of competition ought to make people sit up and come to the realization that a monopoly are a breeding ground for anti consumer practises and this is the reason why these charges are massively out of proportion.
