Reverse the timeshare constitution, stop the breaches of your timeshare rights, stop a timeshare switch, act now! Dont become a sleeper on a railroad track.
I and The TCA can only do so much, it’s you the consumer who can start this “march” therefore we repeat:-
1) Tell your local press, tell your national press, tell your local TV channels, tell your MP, tell your councillor, tell trading standards tell citizens advice. Tell everyone!
That is the only way, so do it in one determined voice. You might be sat at home thinking you’re only one voice and may not make a difference, but if each one of you think that and fail to act the injustice will happen again and again and again and again etc (and again)
2) Once the message is out there, form an action group. The foundations are in place at the moment and will be released shortly. You the consumer must control the entire action group. Our advice is trust in yourself and nobody else.
3) When in a group and it acts, it sends the industry a frank, stark and poignant message:-
I thought I personally could help and it would be a bit of a dream job, offering and tendering advice now and then, however hearing the stories of timeshare company’s treatment of 50,60,70,80 year olds with infirmities such as broken backs, angina, cancer, Alzheimer’s, dementia, crones etc it has sent my tenacity into meltdown.
I have a privilege and that privilege is I can say what I want to you the consumers, and I am telling you now, put an end to this enriched bedevilment, unite with your fellow timeshare holders and stop this brutality, once and for all.
Is this not civilised living, when the “pines of the mad men” pray on the melancholy, the meek, infirm and wholesome.
Is this how we treat one another? Is our own position and status more important to us than the people, who sired us, looked after us, fought for us, and wiped away our tears now and then? Is this civil treatment? Are we civilized?
To the middle age and the young I say this:- “are you prepared to sit around and do nothing or protect a part of your ancestry you owe so much to”.
