This story just goes from bad to worse. We first exposed Vested 7 in early July. Back then we were totally confused because as a company they had a website that had nothing whatsoever to do with timeshare, although they were cold calling timeshare owners. We published a number of graphics from their website which made no sense including text taken from other sites and stock pictures purporting to be staff, all very dodgy. To our surprise, the website has been totally redesigned but is even more laughable than the first attempt.

The all new site

The landing page has been totally revised but still says absolutely nothing:

Helping you design success, success at what?

Once again, no company address or contact number and worse still, no mention of company registration, which is a legal requirement. The required privacy policy simply says “coming soon” more illegality. A fun declaration is the copyright statement which quotes 2015, odd for a company registered in December 2022.

Again, no reference to timeshare, however if you are in the market for Utility Bill Management, Legal Guidance, Accounting, Book Keeping and HR advice then this may be your team.

Once more our old friend the “stock photo” shows up. At the testimonial section we established that the photo of the supposed Mr & Mrs Cambridge is on at least ten other websites. As for Tina Ward, she appears on eight sites we found, but the killer is Luke Ashworth.

On perusal we thought he looked a little Latin, and then low and behold we found a site called Mexchamber.com whose raison d’être is as follows:

CONNECTING OFFER AND DEMAND OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES BETWEEN MEXICO, U.S.A. AND THE WORLD

Our man Luke Ashworth or whoever he is.

As usual, stock photos aren’t the end of the subterfuge; we yet again see cloned copy from other sites such as:

Below, exactly the same text taken from a company site by the name of Utility Waterhouse.

We mentioned the lack of privacy policy earlier, as before, the website terms lead to Google terms, another illegality.

TCA comment

Yet again, nothing adds up. A timeshare cold caller that has a website akin to an accountancy practice. No contact details, not even a phone number. A missing privacy policy and terms that belong to Google. Stock photos and stolen text all add up to one you should avoid.

How much longer the team behind Vested 7 wish to play this game of cat and mouse is anyone’s guess but what we will say is our investigation team have all the time in the world, not to mention the expertise. With that in mind, we look forward to the next incarnation.
