Australias largest resort club and management company, Classic Holidays, has acquired another resort to add to its ever growing portfolio; Silver Sands of Mandurah with its 1200 owners have been welcomed to the management company from the first of January. Silver Sands originally joined as a resort partner of Classic Holidays in 2015, opening an office onsite in the resort to promote Classic Holiday products.
The full management of the resort that started in January 2018 has given the 1200 Silver Sands owners access to full Classic Holiday membership benefits including holiday locations in over 30 locations throughout Australia and New Zealand. Giving these owners a great variety of new locations to explore. The management of this resort also gives benefits to the 65,000 members within the Classic Holiday membership program, as it opens up Mandurah as a new location to them.
This is Classic Holidays first resort in this location, and it is very popular to holidaymakers in Australasia. The city is on the Western coast of Australia in the Peel region, only an hour south of Perth (western Australia’s largest city), and is well known for its Estuary that is teaming with wildlife and water birds. There is also a huge dolphin population just off its coast, popular to the sightseer.
