“Wolf” has officially been charged for conning more than $3.3 million from over 1000 victims, many of which are elderly and living from pensions. If found guilty he could be looking to serve up to 90 years in prison.

Daniel Martin “Wolf” Boyer, who was operating call centers across Orlando (renting offices using different names) was arrested and accused of Timeshare fraud. The following day is was revealed he had been accused of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud, wire fraud and mail fraud.

For the two years he was operating, his call centers would call Timeshare owners stating they would sell their ownership on the basis that half the seller fees were paid beforehand however no Timeshare sales took place nor did he have any buyers waiting to buy them.

Here at the TCA a high percentage of our calls are from customers who have been cold called from European and American call centers to find out whether the information they are giving and their services are legitimate, obviously many of which are not reputable companies.

Like most “scam” companies Wolf was dedicated to making the companies look legitimate and had a full website, newspaper articles and testimonials which would all appear to be reputable to consumers.

Let´s hope justice will be done for all the innocent people who have lost money just trying to get out of their unwanted Timeshare!
