Early last week it was announced by the Commissioner of Agriculture Adam H. Putnam that the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Office of Agricultural Law Enforcement had arrested George Anthony Negron Jr, 33 years of Kissimmee Florida after uncovering his fraudulent timeshare sales scheme which had seen multiple unwitting clients being swindled out of many thousands of dollars.

Commissioner of Agriculture Adam H. Putnam released the below statement

“I thank our law enforcement officers and investigators for their dedication to the wellbeing of our residents, Floridians are all too often the target of scammers hoping to obtain their hard earned money by any means possible, including deals that are too good to be true.”

During the investigation it was found that callous crook Negron Jr owned and operated WWFS Inc, the company was shown to defraud Timeshare Property Owners by brokering fraudulent transactions against their ownership.

These victims who had been spellbound by Negron Jr’s lucrative proposals to remove themselves from the burden of their timeshare ownership, so much so they ill-advisedly agreed to the advance broker fee that Negron Jr demanded from them.

The company was proved to have skillfully manipulated owners into believing the company would solicit the sale of their property, then reneging on the agreed deal and discontinuing all contact with the unsuspecting owners.

Negron Jr was imprisoned on five felony charges of an Organized Scheme to Defraud, Grand Theft, Unlicensed Real Estate Activity, Unlawful Use of a Communication Device, and Commercial Telephone Solicitation without a License.
