The Better Business Bureau is rolling out a new tool to help keep track of what scams are targeting what areas of Arkansas and the rest of the country.
The BBB state that they have spent the last couple of years creating the tracker with an aim of raising awareness and preventing victims.
The Better Business Bureau launched Scam Tracker earlier this year and to date, over 4,200 scams have been reported in North America.
The types of scams reportedly being detected are;
government grants
work at home opportunities
bogus collection efforts
debt relief
sweepstakes
lottery winners.
