The TCA office has today received a call from a timeshare Consumer who is claiming to have gained a County Court Judgement against The Timeshare Mart.
The say that us that they used The Timeshare Mart in order to sell her timeshare, and were told that they would get their money back once the property was sold.
That money was not paid to the Consumer and they subsequently Issued County Court Proceedings against The Timeshare Mart.
The Consumer advised the TCA that the Bailiff was provided with 2 addresses for the company, the office address and the Directors home address.
The Bailiff, as advised by the Consumer, reported back that both attempts to gain assets were unsuccessful as the address listed for the office was empty and there were no items of any worth that could be taken from the home address.
This is the first report we have had of this company and as such, we would be very interested to hear from any Consumers who have been involved with them!
