Here at the TCA, we spend a lot of time providing Consumers with advice and support over the telephone and via email.

In recent months we have noticed that the amount of calls being made for support regarding making a claim for compensation has increased. What we would now like to do is invite those Consumers to report back to us with their findings?

For example;

Was you claim successful?

What percentage of your claim was awarded?

If your claim was unsuccessful, why?

How did you make your claim? I.e. Financial Ombudsman, Credit card company direct

If you made the claim to the CC company, which company was it?

Feedback is key to what we do here at the TCA and because of that, we invite any Consumers that have spoken to the TCA regarding making a claim for compensation to contact us and share your story.
