A USA developer and of the proposed Margarita Village resort in western Osceola County are bang on program to gain full consent to construct the large 300-acre timeshare/lifestyle community.
Theentire project is located off the famous 192 is close to the exit leading to State Road 429. The proposed construction will have the benefit of a hotel and more than 1,000 timeshare units, condominiums and vacation homes.
The county’s planning and development committee is programmed to meet and to discuss the developer’s proposal during its Aug. 19 meeting. The project’s preliminary subdivision plan, which details the overall concept and plan for the resort, will be reviewed, according to a meeting agenda.
Mr. Mark Pino, the county’s spokesman, explained “Encore, as they said Wednesday, could receive final approval for the entire project in six months”.
“It is entirely possible for the Margarita Resort developer to, as they told you yesterday, begin construction in six months as the property was already rezoned for Commercial Tourist,”.
