This exchange company operates out of the UK. It is a small (by comparison) enterprise and when considering Interval International (I I) and RCI, that said big may not always best.
Certainly it’s our opinion that big does not offer the same personal service which the smaller enterprises offer.
DaE is not recommended by the TCA because of one overriding reason and that reason is we have not had any opportunity to properly investigate them. So we have!
The TCA obtains substantial complaints from many upset and disgruntled consumers make a variety of allegation against an assortment of timeshare enterprises. In respect to DaE we have received none, not one complaint as to the service their performance and their ability to resolve issues everyone encounters each and every day.
We have not received gripes of any bad advice, wrong references, mis-statements, false and misleading advertisements. We have never locked horns with them.
To make matter quite clear, we have conversed with others who might have a different view and long term timeshare vacationers so as to add balance. The enquiries were astounding; no one has any issue with DaE.
They appear to be one of those companies who advertise a service, perform what they say they will and delivery in excess of those promises. So why do we not recommend them?
I clear and overriding reason is that we have let the public down. That is the reason short and simple. This company does not court us for this compliment and probably does not require any permit from us, as they trade on their reputation and as that reputation is excellent, this might be the reason that the company is expanding in a declining market.
