The citizens advice still signpost its consumers to TATOC and despite the hurt it’s causing, Someday I am sure they will reflex on what they are doing on the harm they are and have caused. They operate in conjunction with the competition and marking authority a merry-go-round whereby if you complain to the citizens advice they seek advice from the CMA who approved the RDO and TATOC. If the consumers complain then the CMA they say “we don’t investigate individual complaints” and send you back to the signpost of the citizen’s advice.

In this year of general elections will one party grasp the nettle? Will one appreciate that over 500,000 timeshare owners have a voice and are a mixture of every colour and creed? Do they not understand that those 500,000 voters will promote others too support which every party brings about an end to the habitual hurt which is being perpetrated on consumers.

The TCA suggest that consumers act again and in support of their rights and make contact with the CAB and/or their MP, so that the timeshare consumers have a chance at change. Please ring or e:mail now.

It’s simply not just or reasonable for consumers to sit back and leave it to others, it’s not right to take a back seat in this matter, as politics is being discussed now!!!!! and this issue can be addressed now!!!!!!!!
