The TCA
To re-affirm and to rebut many allegations. The TCA has NEVER taken a single penny of Timeshare consumers (except for donations at the road shows). Any timeshare consumer has the ability to check out that statement in its entirety.
The timeshare consumer Association supports promotes and sign posts consumers to many enterprises and by simply checking with those enterprises, consumers will come to the realisation that is has neither asked for nor received to date any donations from the very people which it sign posts too.
Those enterprises are all listed on the TCA web site and any consumer or enterprise can check this statement out for themselves and at their leisure.
The present TCA made a promise to the family of the Mr Alexander (Sandy) Grey and that promise was to continue the work he so did. That work was to provide to the consumers unfettered, and meaningful advice so that consumers in the Timeshare industry had choice, had a voice and had access to justice.
The TCA makes mistakes and sometimes gets thing abundantly wrong. The TCA has of its own mind and volition and when wrong made meaningful apologies to those it has wronged and will continue to do so in pursuit of a promise it has made.
The present administration knows only too well that it needs a board of Directors with teeth and who share in the dream of Mr. Grey. That dream was that Timeshare will become a lead holiday experience and a model for the quite enjoyment and relaxation of its consumers.
The TCA wishes nothing other than it be directed by consumer, for consumers and in assistance of consumers.
The TCA has not now or ever has been anything other than a contrary information centre to that which is published by the industry and its satellite organisations.
