Mark Cushway was reported to have turned up (as asked by the court). The total count now stands at 20. At the interview questions (it is believed) were put to him, Mr. Cushway refused to answer all, which in truth is his right and as an indicted person he chose that right and remain silent.
Mark Cushway is no stranger to the courts in Teneriffe and was acquitted in the past by the court which serves as poignant reminder that these are just allegations at present.
As a result the trial will continue to its next phase. It would (however) have been nice to comment and put to bed these allegations. Information (as is usual in timeshare cases) is sparse and reporting restrictions (I am lead to believe) may apply.
Mr. Cushway is a Director of the RDO and advocate of TATOC who say:-

I wonder whether that policy is best served by silence are the words of some.
Or indeed whether TATOC ought not to be putting matter from the consumers point of view (being a consumer organisation)
That being the case Mr Cushway posthumously has made statements by way of the TATOC site for public consumption.

At this stage in the proceeding these are only allegations and Mr. Cushway could be quite innocent of the charges and allegations. As stated the case is being driven by CLA.
