The TCA have been working on introducing an ethical policy which it will be inviting all its recommend Company to embrace so that those recommended company are offering consumers a fair and ethical trading platform.

The TCA be inviting the present all its recommend companies to read the policy and submit to an inspection and training programme so that the consumer can enjoy with piece of mind the services with those trader provide.

All too many times companies (in the timeshare industry) are berated by the industry, who try and smear good honest organisations base on scant, inadequate and false information which on many occasions are intended to cause confusion suspicion and harm for objectives Quite frankly on some occasion these allegations are baseless and self serving.

The TCA wishes to introduce financial tests, codes of ethic in respect to salesmen, managers and Directors, Fair constitutional arrangements, fair contracts and correct infantry accounts in respect to point systems.

The TCA intends to introduce extensions to the rights presently enjoyed by the timeshare regulations in an effort to set our recommended traders above the rest.

In respect to disputes any and all trader will embrace the proposition of mediation and before any litigation is completed. This will ensure each and every consumer has an opportunity to discuss their grievance/disputes early and without the need of expensive and contentious proceeding.

At every presentation of sale each recommendee will provide the consumer with the TCA advice package which will comprehensively explain consumer rights.
