Mr Schneider has to be the most successful Agent Provocateur in respect to Timeshare on Boats.
To the normal consumers he is a prolific behind the scenes worker who diligently works on behalf of consumers.
Covertly he has works under the radar of the mean machine industry investigating timeshare on boats and the contacts which underpin them. He worked with Sandy Grey on many matter with a view of exposing scam artists and has proven to be very successful in proving that the selling of the some products is fraudulent.
Mr Schneider agreed to meet with me in London and explained that in his past he gathered together a vast number of consumers who suffered from the shambolic nature of the selling practices of the Shakespeare debacle, and with a view of obtaining full recovery of the money they lost due to the reprehensive behaviour of the directors of Shakespeare.
He also assisted with the investigations carried out by the trading standards and put together a group of people who are now represented by Edwin Co Solicitors in London.
The action was for recover of the monies which those consumers paid or were bound to, in respect to the loans which facilitated the selling of the timeshare in boats.
To date the first group have now secured a settlement which Mr. Schneider says his clients are very happy with, however cannot comment any further due to confidentiality.
The second action is now nearing its final negotiated settlements and he has again stated that the consumers will again settle the matter on terms which they are all agreed and are will be happy with.
Whilst investigations were afoot and advancing, other company names kept appearing, however as the aforementioned action were particular to certain issues they could not be brought into the action.

Mr Schneider explained that he has reservations as the whether or not these enterprises were again miss selling Timeshare as all of the products were in fact sold via the same network of deceit Shakespeare were subjected to.
He was reported in the local news appears and diligent did and achieved what he sets out to do (uncover frauds and reclaim consumers money).
He historically informed the Echo that a group has registered with the Ministry of Justice as “the Exeter Time Share Steering Group” and is preparing to take action to quash loans taken out with two finance companies to pay for the holiday deals.
Mr Schneider said he believed there were thousands of people who may have been misled by Leisure Time Promotions and Buena Viva.
He went on to state
“We’re going to be looking to find as many people as possible in order to have the maximum possible number of people under our belt when we go forward,” he said.
“We believe there are around 2,500 people out there who have signed up to these and similar schemes.
“Some of them include senior police officers, a number of solicitors and even a judge. They are educated, professional people.
“In my view, the effects of the sales techniques that these companies used are incredible.”
Mr Schneider has just completed what he set out to do, and invites other Timeshare consumers now to claim their money back in respect to Shakespeare Management, Dames De La Mer, Clube, Cabo Verde Narrow boats
