New look, same free, expert impartial advice and support.

The Timeshare Consumer Association (TCA) website and social media pages; for the first time in 23 years, are getting a long overdue makeover.

Since the legendary Sandy Grey formed the TCA in 1997, it has been respected as a punchy, intrepid consumer organisation, run on a shoestring budget, staffed largely by volunteers (mainly retired ex and current owners, plus ex timeshare workers) and funded by donations.

Our knowledge-base comes from the hundreds of daily communications we receive from the timeshare community.  We use their shared experiences to advise other consumers, and so the circle continues.

The TCA is now recognised as a leading consumer authority on the timeshare industry.

The only downside to this is the overwhelming demand for our help and advice means there never seems to be enough time to do everything, and sometimes important tasks like updating the website design get overlooked… until now.

A fresh, clearer design that matches the service we provide

Old look. Straight lines and cursive script.  Less vibrant colours. 

“We are lucky enough have worked on this rebrand with a top class designer and are taking full advantage of his skills. He is giving us a completely fresh theme, with vibrant blues with modern fonts” and better still at no cost to us whatsoever.

“The designer is also simplifying the user experience to make the site less cluttered and easier to navigate.  Everything will be still there, but easier to use.  We are all very excited for the roll out of the new site, which is expected within the next few weeks.

Nothing else changes

“The important message to our followers is that we are the same organisation, operating in the same way, and run by the same people.  We still have the same mission, to provide free, impartial, expert timeshare advice to anyone who asks us.
