The Joint Liquidators (JLs) have issued further guidance relating to the situation surrounding the liquidation of Azure Services Ltd. In the update they state:

“The JLs are aware that members are being approached by third parties who are providing inaccurate and/or misleading information. The JLs would like to reiterate and confirm that the Clubs have not failed and are not in liquidation”.

They further state that that the JLs are in active communication with several interested parties with regard to the ongoing management of the club(s).

A full copy of the communication may be viewed by clicking the Download button below.

As promised in previous articles, TCA will of course post further updates as an when they become available.

So the question remains, if the liquidators do find a new management team, will your contractual privileges change, will your maintenance fees increase and will you be worse off?

Regardless of the eventual outcome, we have little doubt that ultimately it will be the Azure timeshare owners who will have to foot the bill for the clubs demise and suffer the consequences in the long run.

We understand that a large European law firm intends to submit claims as creditors in the liquidation procedure of the Azure companies.

This legal action is quite sensible, especially given the current climate and the lack of uncertainty.

If you would like assistance with making a compensation claim, please do not hesitate to contact us at TCA and we shall be happy to help.
