A new addition to the timeshare exit and claims industry has emerged in the shape of Meredith Pritchard. This company has popped up on to the radar with little less than whisper and is an emerging talking point within the industries channels. In a field that is so caught up in lies, scams and broken promises, one expects the announcement of this new option will already have many desperate timeshare owners wondering if this company may be more successful than any of the other’s offering the same range of services.

With the domain name of meredithpritchard.com being registered in early October by a Mr Stephen Fairclough stating an office address of: Regus House, Herons Way, Chester, CH4 9QR – This address actually turns out to be a Regus rental unit as apposed to an actual company head office, this is just the first alarm bell that begin’s to ring in one’s head.

With the connection between Meredith Pritchard and the Mr Fairclough being unknown, this led to further investigation to uncover the affiliation between the two.

As documented by Company House in late September a second company was discovered in the name of Meredith Pritchard Claims Consultants Ltd with a VAT registration number of 10395171, this company is registered to an alternate address of: Unit 8-9 Parsons Court, Welbury Way, Aycliffe Buisness Park, Newton Aycliffe, Co Durham, England, DL5 6ZE. On the applications it details the company Director’s name as Mr Stephen Paul Fairclough, and the connection starts to fall into place.

Moving on to the website which provides the consumer with no exact or in depth information on how or what Meredith Pritchard, actually do to exit you from your timeshare successfully. This is a worry that the information visible at this time is merely a generic overview on timeshare legislation and contact details showing an email address of: info@meredithpritchard.com with a Chester area telephone number of 01244 893100.

With the slogan on the home page of the website claiming to provide “Experience you can Trust” if this is the case then where exactly have they been gaining this experience as this is the first inkling of this company’s creation up until now? Revealing that they use a team of international lawyers to fight these timeshare giants on you behalf, along with suggesting they have a proven procedure to stop future maintenance fee’s, as well as a secure cancellation policy.

Further into their website in the example sentences area, they claim that they have already succeeded in securing high court and supreme court rulings against the likes of Silverpoint and Anfi, this being quite good going for a company which was only registered two month ago. In fact the documents that show on their website are all dated prior to the company even being registered.

These are very big promises for such a fledgling business, will Meredith Pritchard follow suit with the rest or will they be the new voice of the consumers, we will all have to wait and see.

One hopes for the best in a industry that has such a disgraceful reputation of promising the world and actually providing anything more than a head ache to go with the pain of an empty wallet.
